A franchise passer in Ward headlines a D- weekend for the Titans. It is the swing that defines the weekend: David Walker in pick No. 107, a good 51 spots before the room expected him. A D- that will need time and luck to look better.
Getting Tuten where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. Cam Ward gives the offense a face and a plan, and the grade leans heavily on whether he hits.
