Somewhere a general manager is explaining how Kamal Hadden got past him. The Bengals do not have to explain a thing at Round 6, Pick 21.

They will need Sinnott to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. The quarterback hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

Cornerback is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
