The Commanders won the night they stopped Bryant from sliding. Grade: B-.

Somewhere a general manager is explaining how Cobee Bryant got past him. The Commanders do not have to explain a thing at Round 6, Pick 29. Call it a sensible B-, earned the boring way.

Prather has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped tight end, which is a strange place to end up. Wide receiver was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but tight end.
