You build a draft on nights like this. Raheim Sanders had no business being available in the 206th pick, and the 49ers did the only sane thing and turned in the card.

The cost of the Caldwell reach is exactly the players who went right after him. The trade table is where this weekend went wrong. The quarterback hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but quarterback.
