The Patriots let McCaffrey fall into their laps, and walked away with a B. Call it larceny. Luke McCaffrey sat on the board until slot 180, and the Patriots did not need to be asked twice. No fireworks, but a solid B.
The cost of the Guerendo reach is exactly the players who went right after him. A whole weekend of picks and safety is somehow still a want. The Patriots indulged a want in Hart while a need in safety and quarterback stayed open.
Good work on the whole, with safety the one box left unchecked.
