Draft Grade — Seahawks
Overall
B
ValueB

TradesB-
FutureB-
No fireworks, just a tidy B for the Seahawks. Every other box got a look, but linebacker did not. The Seahawks will head to camp with the same hole they walked in with.
They left with edge rusher solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off. Almost all the early capital went to that side of the ball.
In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the linebacker spot they never got to.
Pick Analysis
Pick18
Rnd1
Matthew Golden
In pick No. 18 they get a true top target. It fills the loudest need on the roster.
Pick50
Rnd2
Josaiah Stewart
They took Josaiah Stewart at par in the Round 2 slot, which is nothing to complain about. The biggest hole on the depth chart just got a whole lot smaller.
Pick52
Rnd2
Jonah Savaiinaea
Jonah Savaiinaea at the 52nd pick is a sensible buy, a touch better than market for the offensive lineman. It also answers one of the loudest questions on the roster.
