The Steelers let Johnson fall into their laps, and walked away with a B.

It is a puzzling start. The Steelers had quarterback, edge rusher and other spots to solve and reached instead for Blake Fisher, an offensive lineman, at the 119th pick.

For all the activity, quarterback went untouched, which is hard to explain. However the rest shakes out, Johnson at that price is a win they earned.

Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.
