When a board-topper like Lathan Ransom slides to the 128th pick, you do not overthink it, and the Commanders did not. A dependable weekend that grades out a B+.

The tight end spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. A modest surplus at the table, banked quietly. Job largely done: wide receiver settled and 4 of 8 of the wish list covered.
