A solid, sensible weekend for the Cardinals: B.

Every other box got a look, but quarterback did not. The Cardinals will head to camp with the same hole they walked in with.

They banked enough surplus on Murphy II to cover a lot of smaller sins. They went 2 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the quarterback spot they never got to.

Pick Analysis
Pick4 Rnd1 Malik Nabers
In the Round 1 slot they get a home-run threat at receiver. It fills the loudest need on the roster.
Pick27 Rnd1 Byron Murphy II
In pick 27 they get a run-stuffing presence up front, outstanding value to boot. A clean fit for the roster.
