The Texans robbed the room for Banks. Final grade: B. You build a draft on nights like this. Caleb Banks had no business being available in slot 69, and the Texans did the only sane thing and turned in the card. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B.
They punted on edge rusher, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. The Caldwell pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over.
