There was a run on nobody at that position, and the Cowboys started one anyway for Brady Cook, 70 picks ahead of schedule. The math is unkind, and the D follows.

The Martinez pick is the one they will point to when this weekend is judged. The whole projection now runs through Shedeur Sanders; hit there and everything else looks smarter.
