Best value of the weekend goes to the Bears for Winston Jr.: B+.

Call it larceny. Kevin Winston Jr. sat on the board until the 148th overall pick, and the Bears did not need to be asked twice. The bottom line is a respectable B+.

If Jackson pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about. Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck. The edge rusher spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.
