Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Texans were there to profit. DJ Giddens, the No. 165 name on the board, should have been long gone before the Round 7 slot.

They punted on edge rusher, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. The cost of the Williams reach is exactly the players who went right after him.

Running back is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but edge rusher.
