The Titans finally solved quarterback, and it carried them to a D.

The Titans treated their own grade as gospel and everyone else's as noise, spending the 127th overall pick on Oronde Gadsden II a full 54 spots early.

They lost the exchange badly enough to drag the whole class down. Cam Ward gives the offense a face and a plan, and the grade leans heavily on whether he hits. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through interior defensive lineman.

That is a safety worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even, and interior defensive lineman is still a hole.
