The Rams did not so much draft Sam Hartman as overpay for him, 51 picks clear of his grade. It sets an uneasy tone for the weekend.

Leaving interior defensive lineman unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. Landing Jones that late papers over a lot of smaller sins.

A tidy weekend of work that should hold up just fine.
