The Raiders turned the phones into found money: B. The rest of the league had time to spare on Kyle Williams; the Raiders did not wait, grabbing him 34 spots ahead at the Round 3 slot.
The trade ledger is the best part of the whole weekend. They punted on edge rusher, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.
The Ja'Quan McMillian deal gives the class an established piece to lean on. Watts falling to them is the kind of break a good board is built to catch.
All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
