Call it larceny. TJ Hall sat on the board until No. 254, and the Packers did not need to be asked twice. More right than wrong, and a B to match.

For all the activity, edge rusher went untouched, which is hard to explain. They went 5 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for. Value over need was the throughline, for better and worse.

In short, they left a little better than they arrived, which is the whole idea.
