The Bills spent the weekend waiting on one name, and it fell: Jeremiah Trotter Jr., the No. 59 name on the board, in pick 99.

Reaching for Hunt left real value on the table behind him. The Hunt pick reads as want over need, and the roster will feel it at edge rusher and running back. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped edge rusher, which is a strange place to end up.

They left with linebacker solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.
