There is reaching, and then there is Eric Gentry at No. 215. The Cowboys jumped the board by 50 and dared it to prove them wrong.

That wide receiver hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. The Love value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere.

Cornerback is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

In short, they left a little better than they arrived, which is the whole idea.
