The Steelers let Leavitt fall into their laps, and walked away with a B.

The best pick of the weekend was also the simplest. The Steelers watched Sam Leavitt slide 26 picks past his grade and did not hesitate.

They punted on interior defensive lineman, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. Quarterback is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it. Almost all the early capital went to that side of the ball.

Bottom line, more hits than misses and a roster nudged the right way.
