The Austin Barber selection is the head-turner. The Lions reached 32 spots for him, and it will define how this weekend is remembered.

Getting Moss where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. A whole weekend of picks and edge rusher is somehow still a want. They went 5 of 9 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.

The back end got a real overhaul.

Good work on the whole, with edge rusher the one box left unchecked.
