Best value of the weekend goes to the Bengals for Jennings: B-.

Somebody in slot 226 was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Bengals sat still while Kevin Jennings, the No. 202 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium.

A whole weekend of picks and linebacker is somehow still a want. If Spears-Jennings pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about. They went 6 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.
