It is the swing that defines the weekend: Solomon Tuliaupupu in pick No. 217, a good 74 spots before the room expected him. Call it a sensible B+, earned the boring way.

Everything downstream of Fernando Mendoza depends on Fernando Mendoza, and the building knows it. They won the margins on every swap, and it adds up fast. Landing Neal that late papers over a lot of smaller sins.

Adding Michael Carter II by trade rounds out the weekend beyond the rookies.
