More right than wrong for the Commanders, and a B- to prove it.

The Dominic Zvada pick is the one that will follow the Commanders into the fall. They took him 108 spots ahead of his grade, and the board is not shy about saying so. No fireworks, but a solid B-.

Getting Schrauth where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. That tight end hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. The roster is better shaped than it was, with wide receiver chief among the fixes.

Nearly every premium pick went to that side of the ball.

Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.

This one needs a full-page explanation: Dominic Zvada in No. 196, miles early. They doubled down on a strength rather than a need.
Pick223 Rnd7 Connor Tollison
Value said wait; Connor Tollison in the 223rd pick says they were not listening. It also answers one of the loudest questions on the roster.
