The board owed the Chargers one, and it paid up: Isaiah Bond, the No. 19 name on the board, sitting there at pick No. 43 like a gift left on the doorstep. The bottom line is a respectable B.

Leaving quarterback unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. The Hemingway reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade. They left with edge rusher solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.
