Call it a hunch or call it a gamble, but the Patriots spent pick 209 on Eric O'Neill, a name most had 54 spots down the list. A dependable weekend that grades out a B-.

Landing Haulcy that late papers over a lot of smaller sins. The interior defensive lineman hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

They left with edge rusher solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.
