Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Patriots were there to profit. Quinshon Judkins, the No. 66 name on the board, should have been long gone before pick No. 106. Nothing here to lose sleep over; call it a B.

Leaving quarterback unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. Reaching for TeSlaa left real value on the table behind him. On the needs board they went 7 of 8, with edge rusher the one that mattered most.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but quarterback.
