You could see the war room lean forward. Bhayshul Tuten at the Round 7 slot is the sort of fall that does not happen, except it just did. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B-.

Every board in the league had Conner lower, and that gap is the story. For all the activity, edge rusher went untouched, which is hard to explain.

On the needs board they went 5 of 8, with wide receiver the one that mattered most. The back end got a real overhaul.

A tidy weekend of work that should hold up just fine.
