The steal of the weekend belongs to the Eagles and Watts: B-.

When a board-topper like Xavier Watts slides to pick 64, you do not overthink it, and the Eagles did not.

That edge rusher hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. Job largely done: cornerback settled and 5 of 9 of the wish list covered. The weekend tilted hard toward the defense.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
