A solid, sensible weekend for the Cardinals: B-.

The Cardinals went off the board in a big way for John Williams, 41 picks early. Conviction is one thing; this is another. More right than wrong, and a B- to match.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped edge rusher, which is a strange place to end up. They banked enough surplus on Rourke to cover a lot of smaller sins. Quarterback is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

Bottom line, more hits than misses and a roster nudged the right way.
