The search is over. The Browns handed the keys to Shedeur Sanders, and the whole operation now runs on his development. Call it a sensible B, earned the boring way.

Getting Hampton where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. If Downs pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about. The tight end spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.

They left with quarterback solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
