Best value of the weekend goes to the Patriots for Neal: A-.

Somewhere a general manager is explaining how Devin Neal got past him. The Patriots do not have to explain a thing at No. 119. Very little went wrong, and the A- is earned.

Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck. For all the activity, edge rusher went untouched, which is hard to explain.

Add it up and this is about as clean as a draft weekend gets.
