Grand theft in Round 7, Pick 4: the Patriots steal Smith and grade out a B.

Somebody in slot 220 was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Patriots sat still while Brashard Smith, the No. 116 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium. They moved the roster forward and banked a B for it.

Truss has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. They punted on interior defensive lineman, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.

Good work on the whole, with interior defensive lineman the one box left unchecked.
