You build a draft on nights like this. Andrew Mukuba had no business being available in the 108th overall pick, and the Bills did the only sane thing and turned in the card. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B.

They punted on quarterback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. Job largely done: linebacker settled and 7 of 9 of the wish list covered.
