The Cardinals got the worse of every deal, and it shows in the D. The move everyone will second-guess came early. The Cardinals reached some 100 spots for Carter Bradley, and value like that does not grow back.
The trades bled value they could not afford to lose. Whatever else happened, they won the night they took McConkey.
In the end, a class the front office will want to grow past quickly.
