Williams is the plan now, and the Bears grade out a D+.

The trade table was where it all came apart. The Bears shipped out far more than they hauled back, and no amount of spin dresses up the bill. The board pushed back all weekend, and the D+ is the result.

So much rides on Caleb Williams that the rest of the class almost grades on a curve behind him. Every board in the league had Kamara lower, and that gap is the story. For all the activity, running back went untouched, which is hard to explain.

Add it up and it is a weekend the front office will hope everyone forgets, running back very much included.
