The phones sank the Cowboys this weekend: D-. The tape said wait; the Cowboys did not. Jamaree Caldwell went at the 249th pick, a good 83 picks before the board was ready. Hard to defend, and the D- reflects that.
The trade table is where this weekend went wrong. Landing Mondon Jr. that late papers over a lot of smaller sins.
That cornerback hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.
Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even.
