The Lions cashed the board's mistake on Pritchett: B-.

The Lions spent the weekend waiting on one name, and it fell: Nehemiah Pritchett, the No. 142 name on the board, in Round 5, Pick 30. Call it a sensible B-, earned the boring way.

The edge rusher spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. The Taylor III pick is fine in a vacuum, less so with edge rusher, safety and other spots still on the board. They are betting Taylor III proves the room right and everyone else wrong.

Job largely done: cornerback settled and 4 of 9 of the wish list covered.

Good work on the whole, with edge rusher the one box left unchecked.
