More right than wrong for the Commanders, and a B+ to prove it.

There is reaching, and then there is Dominic Zvada at pick 223. The Commanders jumped the board by 79 and dared it to prove them wrong. Nothing here to lose sleep over; call it a B+.

Getting Ponds where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped offensive lineman, which is a strange place to end up.

The roster is better shaped than it was, with wide receiver chief among the fixes.
