After circling the position for what felt like forever, the Chargers committed. CJ Carr is the quarterback now, and the roster gets built to his timeline. The bottom line is a respectable B.

They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped interior defensive lineman, which is a strange place to end up.
