The Buccaneers spent the pick that matters most on Arch Manning, and a roster that has been waiting on a passer can start to take shape. They moved the roster forward and banked a B- for it.

The Mathews Jr. value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere. They will regret leaving tight end for another day if the season turns on it.

The cost of the Frazier reach is exactly the players who went right after him.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but tight end.
