A sensible, unshowy class lands the Chargers a B-.

Everything else got attention, and wide receiver got none. That is a strange way for the Chargers to leave a draft.

They will need Crawford to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. The Bolden value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere.

Edge rusher is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it. The back end got a real overhaul.

A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
