The Browns ran the phones like sharks, prying loose value on deal after deal until the ledger was lopsided. It does the job without flash, and the B+ reflects it.

Leaving quarterback unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. The Green pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over.
