You can draft well and still miss the point. The 49ers did plenty of tidy work and somehow never got around to wide receiver, which was the need that mattered most.

The Sabb value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere. They left with offensive lineman solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.
