You build a draft on nights like this. Jalon Daniels had no business being available in Round 7, Pick 36, and the Broncos did the only sane thing and turned in the card. Call it a sensible B-, earned the boring way.

They will need Benny to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through edge rusher.

The roster is better shaped than it was, with linebacker chief among the fixes.
