The Browns treated their own grade as gospel and everyone else's as noise, spending pick 146 on Xavier Nwankpa a full 37 spots early. It does the job without flash, and the B- reflects it.

They will regret leaving edge rusher for another day if the season turns on it. Landing Green that late papers over a lot of smaller sins.

The roster is better shaped than it was, with quarterback chief among the fixes.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
