A weekend that raised as many questions as it answered. The Browns get a C+.

The move everyone will second-guess came early. The Browns reached some 68 spots for Will Kacmarek, and value like that does not grow back.

They will regret leaving quarterback for another day if the season turns on it. Landing Trotter that late papers over a lot of smaller sins. The trades cost them a sliver of value they did not need to spend.

The roster is better shaped than it was, with wide receiver chief among the fixes.

The verdict is a shrug for now, with the swing picks left to write the real ending.
