There is reaching, and then there is Will Kacmarek at the 248th pick. The Browns jumped the board by 66 and dared it to prove them wrong. Good, not great, and the B- says as much.

Leaving quarterback unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. That Reese pick is the receipt they will wave around later. They went 5 of 9 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.

The offense got the lion's share of the attention.
