Somewhere a scout is still blinking. The Browns spent the Round 7 slot on Will Kacmarek, a name the board had a full 31 spots lower. It nets out to a B-, which feels about right.

For all the activity, quarterback went untouched, which is hard to explain. On value alone, Trotter makes the weekend a net positive. Wide receiver is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.
