You could see the war room lean forward. Kenyon Sadiq at pick 223 is the sort of fall that does not happen, except it just did.

The trades bled value they could not afford to lose. The Bengals indulged a want in Parker while a need in wide receiver, linebacker and other spots stayed open.

That wide receiver hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.

Add it up and it is a weekend the front office will hope everyone forgets, wide receiver very much included.
